Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The contribution is original and unpublished, and is not being evaluated for publication by another journal; otherwise, it must be justified in "Comments to the editor".
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word format.
  • URLs for references were provided where possible.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; uses italics instead of underlining (except for URL addresses); figures and tables are inserted in the text, not at the end of the document in the form of annexes.
  • The text follows the style standards and bibliographic requirements described in Guidelines for Authors, on page About.
  • In case of submission to a peer-reviewed section (eg articles), the editors will remove names from the article.
  • Undergraduate work, scientific initiation or undergraduate work must be linked to a faculty advisor for publication, whose submission must be made by the mentor professor
  • The journal editors will evaluate the article using plagiarism detection software.

The Editors are not responsible for the opinions, ideas and concepts expressed in the texts, the content being the TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY of its AUTHOR(s).

There are no fees or costs for submitting/publishing in the journal.
